We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was close to the airport in Dubai DWC, making our travel convenient. The hotel had excellent facilities including a beautiful beach, which, although not the real sea, was like a built channel. The pool was great as well. Moreover, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel surroundings. The location, away from busy city life, was a plus point for us. Additionally, the hotel offered transportation options, including a bus that goes to the center of Dubai every day.

We had a car, so 25 minutes drive to riverland dubai. There's no reason to complain, we would love to return.

The hotel's location was a bit secluded and there were limited transportation options available. It was challenging to get to and from the hotel without a private vehicle.

We picked the Resort because of the location. It fit well into our travel plans. We were not able to stay long but it looked like a very interesting place.

Bathroom was a bit dated in the room we stayed in. Other than that, it was a very nice well appointed hotel

1- when I called to confirm my booking They didn't find the booking till I called more than three times till they confirm the booking.2 The rooms located in the basement it was very smelly and gold even when the AC off.3- The swimming pool the water was very gold

This place is a true gem! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and accommodating staff. The duty manager, Mr. Abu Ahmed, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exceptional. He was attentive to all my needs and made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel is conveniently located near the main highway, making it easy to get around. Plus, it's just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Blue Marlin Ibiza beach club. The proximity to the airport in Dubai DWC is also a huge plus for travelers like me.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main highway, making it easily accessible. the tranquil surroundings offer a peaceful retreat away from the noise of the city. It is also close to the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the scenic views and indulge in water sports activities.

The service at the hotel leaves much to be desired.

They have big and spacious rooms.

The valet parking attendant should be outside the hotel entrance. They should be the one welcoming the guests, help and guide them to the hotel. No one was there to assist us with our belongings.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely incredible and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was stunning, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. We also loved the top-notch amenities that the hotel had to offer, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable weekend.

One aspect that we didn't particularly enjoy was the limited shuttle bus service. It would have been more convenient if there were more frequent shuttle buses, especially for guests arriving from or going to Dubai.
